Terms of use and agreement

Miimode, Social Security Number: 3369283-2, Address: Sältingintie 47, 25500 Perniö Finland, sells services to companies in the EU region and internationally. These terms of delivery apply to ordering website services and similar deliveries.
These delivery conditions are valid from 6 August 2023. We can change the terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our terms of delivery every time in advance when you order services through our website or directly from us.
Services and service prices
The characteristics and prices of the website's services are presented in connection with the presentation of each service. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from our website or a separate quote from us before you accept the order. The prices of the services do not include taxes, taxes are shown separately on the website, in the offer and in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs that may be charged for the service order depend on the service itself (e.g. telephone costs, printing costs, etc.) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the service order. You will see the shipping costs charged on your order confirmation (if shipping costs are charged) before you accept your order.
Ordering and contract
You can order services from our
website by filling out the electronic form on the pages and specifying which services
you want to order in the form. When you have received a more detailed offer for
the services and you want to accept it, we will send an order confirmation for
the services. Before accepting the order confirmation, you are required to have
familiarized yourself with and agreed to our terms of delivery valid at any
given time. You understand that your order, accepted and confirmed by us, is,
except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and
creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
You can primarily pay for your service order with an electronic invoice according to your company's billing information. We charge an invoicing surcharge, €5.00 per invoice, and if you want a paper invoice, our charge is €10 per invoice.
Order confirmation
After a successful order, an order
confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when
you place the order. If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your
order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We will deliver your service order in a mutually agreed upon manner.
Delivery time
The delivery time is agreed for a mutually agreed period. More precise times will be confirmed for you in the order confirmation or in a separate email.
Cancellation right
If you want to cancel the services you ordered, please contact customer service at info@miimode.fi or by calling +358 44 230 4690.
Error and problem situations
If you notice errors or problem situations in service production, please kindly contact our customer service, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected.

Limitation of liability
Miimode is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or service or caused by any of the aforementioned, except until a mandatory provision in a mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Disagreements
We try to settle any disagreements regarding your service order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.
Other shipping conditions
Other terms of delivery related to the services will be provided to you in connection with the order confirmation.
